Tier One (GOLD Level Support)   $375 / Month

 

10 hours included /month

24/7 support

An emergency support response time of 2 hours and On-Site if required.

Small Business support (Inquire)

1  business hour SLA

Tier Two (Silver Level Support)  $188 / Month

5 hours included /per month

Support between hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monday – Friday

(Saturday / Sunday) charged at  $90 per hour (minimum 1 hour).

6 business hour SLA

Tier Three (Enhanced Customer Support)  99 / Month

2 hours of remote call-in support per month

Call in and remote support (*On-Site calls apply at standard rates)
